Terms of Service

Redline is the proposed service of [Company Pty Ltd], ABN [ABN], [Registered address], NSW, Australia. These details are placeholders. This draft is not the final customer agreement and must be reviewed before launch.

Provide an accurate email address, protect your credentials and remain responsible for activity using your account. Use the service only for lawful purposes and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You must have authority to process the information you submit and to conduct any security assessment.

API access is prepaid with a minimum top-up of $10.00. Rates are published in USD, excluding GST, on the Pricing page. Applicable taxes and checkout charges are disclosed before payment. Usage is deducted at the applicable model rate. Rates can change prospectively; material changes should be communicated before they apply.

The service depends on abliteration.ai and payment, hosting and communications providers. Availability is best effort and no uptime SLA is offered. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you must evaluate it before relying on it or including it in client work. We do not claim to have trained the hosted models.

We may restrict or suspend access for an AUP violation, payment dispute, account compromise or a legal requirement. For AUP violations, unused credit is generally non-refundable, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. On termination, keys may be revoked and data handled under the Privacy Policy.

Subject to non-excludable rights, the proposed aggregate liability cap is the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. You indemnify the operator for third-party claims arising from your unlawful use or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law. The scope, fairness and enforceability of these clauses require legal review.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law where doing so would be unlawful. Any limitation, suspension or refund clause is subject to those rights. See the ACCC consumer-rights guidance.
