Send a factual report
Email abuse@redline.example with a description of the suspected misuse. This address is a placeholder in the launch preview and must be replaced before public operation.
What to include
- Relevant timestamps and timezone.
- Request IDs, public URLs or account references you already have.
- A concise explanation of the suspected AUP violation.
- A contact address if you would like a response.
Do not send live credentials, private keys, victim datasets or illegal material. Describe sensitive evidence and explain how it can be requested through an appropriate channel.
How reports are reviewed
We aim to review abuse reports within two business days. We may investigate available metadata, restrict an account and request further details. Where required by law, matters may be reported to authorities. We cannot promise to disclose another customer’s private account information.
