Draft — pending legal review

Acceptable Use Policy

Draft rules for authorised security work, research and education, with clear prohibited uses and abuse reporting.

Draft — pending legal review. This document contains operator placeholders and must be approved before launch. Updated 2026-09-25.

1. Authorised work only

This policy applies to all accounts, keys and payment methods. Paying with crypto does not change it. These draft rules are governed by New South Wales law and are subject to mandatory legal rights.

2. Permitted uses

  • Security testing and red teaming with written authorisation and a defined scope.
  • Research, education and controlled synthetic-data work.
  • Code review, detection engineering and client reporting using material you are authorised to process.
  • Lawful content work that complies with the rules below.

3. Prohibited uses

  • Attacks against systems without authorisation or outside an agreed scope.
  • Deployable malware or ransomware intended for use against others.
  • Credential theft, or phishing against real targets.
  • Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Weapons of mass harm, including chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear harms.
  • Fraud, harassment or doxxing of real people.
  • Evading law enforcement.

4. Enforcement

Violations may lead to immediate suspension without refund, except where the Australian Consumer Law or another mandatory law requires otherwise. We may report activity to authorities where legally required. Metadata may be reviewed for abuse handling; this does not imply that prompts or responses are stored.

5. Reporting

Report suspected misuse to abuse@redline.example. Include timestamps, request or payment references if known, and a brief factual description. We aim to review reports within two business days. Read the reporting process.
