1. Unused prepaid credit
You may request a refund of unused credit within 14 days of the relevant purchase. The refund is net of the original payment fees, except where a mandatory legal right requires a different remedy. The review must identify which purchase funded the unused balance.
2. Spent credit and suspensions
Consumed API usage is generally non-refundable. Credit remaining after an AUP suspension is generally non-refundable. These rules do not override Australian Consumer Law rights or other non-excludable remedies.
3. Crypto payment exceptions
Partial payments and overpayments require manual review. Do not assume a transaction is refundable to any wallet supplied by email. The payment provider’s supported refund process and identity verification apply. Any network or provider deductions must be disclosed before a refund is agreed, subject to mandatory rights.
4. Request a refund
Email support@redline.example with your account email, payment reference, purchase date and requested unused amount. Do not include full card details, wallet recovery phrases or API keys. Approved refunds reduce the available account credit; processing time depends on the payment provider.
5. Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes a remedy required under Australian Consumer Law. This draft is governed by New South Wales law and must be legally reviewed before launch. Refer to our Terms of Service and ACCC guidance.
