abliteration.ai receives prompts and related inputs to perform inference. Stripe and NOWPayments handle their respective payments. Hosting, email and encrypted backup providers support service operation. Information may be handled outside Australia; exact processing countries and applicable provider arrangements must be confirmed before launch.

Request metadata is retained in active records for 180 days and then purged. Account information is retained while needed to operate the account. Payment, accounting and dispute records may need longer retention where required by law; the final schedule must be confirmed before launch.

Encrypted off-server backups follow a schedule of 14 daily, 8 weekly and 6 monthly snapshots. Deleted active records may remain in those backups until the relevant snapshot expires. Backup access is restricted and restoration is used for recovery.

The marketing site stores a colour-theme preference locally in your browser. It does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The separate console uses authentication mechanisms required for account access; its final cookie disclosures must be confirmed before launch.

Contact support@redline.example to request access to or correction of your personal information, request deletion where available, or make a privacy complaint. We may verify your identity without asking for your password or API key. We will explain any lawful reason information cannot be deleted.
